In the year 2006, God instructed me – Christian Onyekachukwu Benjamin to: “Do for others what you are doing for yourself”. Being that I had written many books by this time, that command gave rise to helping ministers both within and outside Nigeria, in turning their messages into books that are being read all over the world today.
When I relocated to the city of Owerri in Imo State in the year 2010, the Lord spoke to me and said: “Don’t do a Sunday church here, do a ministry to my ministers”. To execute this new instruction, I began to train Pastors in Computer technology to help them be in tune with modern technology and to help other people as well.
While that was going on, being that we observed some “errors” and issues that needed to be addressed among ministers, we began counselling sessions for Ministers. In the course of doing this, God now spoke to me and said: “Bring these my servants into a conference”. He gave me direction as regards the name – that is what gave rise to the “APOSTOLIC LEAGUE OF MINISTERS INT’L” (ALMI). I promptly obeyed that Instruction, calling the first two conferences in 2013.
What We Believe
After the first Conference, God spoke to me to begin to document what we were doing; thus, we started producing the “The Apostolic Encounter” which is the official voice Magazine of the Apostolic League of Ministers Int’l.
In 2014, we organized two conferences also; and being that visions expand, God spoke to me again, stating clearly: “Stop waiting for all the ministers to come to Owerri, they will not come. Take the conferences from city to city”. Immediately, I began to comply with that. Today, we have visited several cities both within and outside Nigeria as is evident in our Conference Magazines.
As long as God continues to give us instructions, we will continue to do as we hear in order to be able to play our part in our time and leave the stage for other people to continue from wherever we may stop.
Being a Christian is more than just an instantaneous conversion – it is a daily process whereby you grow to be more and more like Christ.
Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.
God cannot give us a happiness and peace apart from Himself, because it is not there. There is no such thing.
